Tallinn Old Town is the Unesco World Heritage object with astonishingly well preserved medieval wall, towers, monuments, private houses and streets network.

We will stroll around Old Town to see all the sites with our own eyes and as we do so we'll discuss the earlier generations' way of life.

You will know who lived in the upper and lower towns, who paid fees to enter the city, how women cared for their beauty, the price of black pepper, why some young men were called Blackheads, and the meaning behind the medieval proverb "Town's air makes anyone free."
